Merkur Shave ships orders to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada only. International shipping to Canada is provided via USPS International service. International shipping is provided as a service to Canadian customer

Order Status and Shipping Times

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00PM CST (Noon) M-Th and 11am CST Friday will not be processed until the next business day. Time in Transit estimates are based on actual shipping

Tracking says my package was delivered but I don't have it?

Merkur Shave uses both UPS and USPS, and they are both, generally, very reliable. If tracking says your package was delivered, but you do not have it, we suggest these steps:
