I'm Having Trouble Placing My Order On The Site?Updated 6 months ago

Our site is constantly checked to run free from errors. From our end the site is working properly. Occasionally, customers can have an issue with the browser being used or find their browser (or other elements of their computer) are not up to date. Our site does utilize some "whizz-bang" modern features that require you to have a fairly up-to-date browser. If you continue to experience problems placing an order or a field on the site is not showing up try using a different web browser. Very often this resolves the issue. If you continue having issues please submit a request here and we will attempt to resolve the issue.
